Vincent Boucher, young chef with a promising future, has been given his first job as Chef beginning of September 2010 at the Champs Elysées Plaza.
After starting his career at La Tour D’argent,Vincent Boucher then joined the La durée team as sous-Chef for 3 years and participated amongst others at the opening of the la durée bar on the Champs Elysées.
